Inventory Representative

Livermore, CA (Onsite)

$20/hour

Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM + every other Wednesday

Requirements: Steel-toe shoes (provided if needed)

Overview

Seeking an Inventory Representative to support warehouse and production operations. This role focuses on inventory tracking, material movement, and maintaining accurate stock levels in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials
• Maintain inventory accuracy in ERP system
• Transport materials across warehouse and production areas
• Perform inventory transactions (receipts, transfers, adjustments)
• Support kitting and staging for production
• Assist with cycle counts and audits
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards (including cleanroom)

Qualifications

• 1-2 years inventory/warehouse experience
• Manufacturing or semiconductor experience preferred
• ERP experience (Oracle a plus)
• Detail-oriented with basic computer skills
• Team player with strong organization skills
