Inventory Replenishment Operator — Cherry Picker

Do you have at least one year on a cherry picker? Can you read part numbers with precision and place items exactly where they belong? Are you comfortable updating stock on a tablet and scanner the moment you move it? If you thrive in a team setting, communicate clearly, and take pride in clean, safe work, this role is for you.

Your core responsibilities

• Pick the correct part numbers from overstock using an order (cherry) picker
• Replenish items to the proper handpick locations—no misplacements
• Make real‑time inventory updates so product is immediately accessible
• Track inventory and perform investigations when counts don’t match
• Keep the warehouse organized and ensure handpick locations stay stocked
• Run regular cycle counts to verify accuracy
• Use FIFO to rotate older stock to the front
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment
• Follow department policies and procedures with professionalism
• Adhere to safety protocols compliant with department policy and federal/state regulations
• Pitch in with other warehouse duties as assigned

What makes you successful here

• 1+ year of cherry picker experience
• Meticulous attention to detail when reading and confirming part numbers
• Ability to earn MHE certification and operate various forklift types safely
• Lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
• Capable of training fellow replenish clerks
• Fluent with tablets/scanners for inventory transactions and data capture
• Working knowledge of computer programs for accurate data entry
• Team player who’s self‑motivated, follows instructions, and communicates clearly
• Consistent attendance and punctuality

• Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, and reaching
• Exposure to hot and cold temperature conditions
