Job Title: Inventory Shipping and Receiving Associate
Pay: $21 to $23 per hour
Hours: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)

As an Inventory Shipping and Receiving Associate, you'll support efficient warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and shipment of products. You'll work closely with team members to keep things running seamlessly, playing a vital role in keeping the supply chain on track.
What You'll Do
As an Inventory Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for - Shipping and receiving products in a busy warehouse setting - Organizing and storing incoming raw materials and finished goods - Building pallets as needed for shipping - Processing shipping and receiving paperwork accurately - Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace - Supporting the packaging of outgoing products using environmentally friendly materials - Using equipment like forklifts (training provided) to move inventory efficiently - Ensuring all products are stored in proper locations - Notifying team members about product arrivals and shipments - Upholding safety standards with provided safety gear and tools
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have - A High School Diploma - At least 2 years of shipping and receiving experience preferred - Ability to effectively operate a computer and use organizational software - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Valid driver's license is required - Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and follow safety procedures

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in Portland, ME, working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with scheduled breaks.
