Beechmont Subaru & Volkswagen is looking for a motivated Inventory Specialist to take charge of our vehicle displays, merchandising, and lot organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a team that keeps the dealership running smoothly, we want to hear from you.
What Youll Be Doing
- Keep customer parking clear of retail units and trade-ins in process
- Processing new inventory and performing the Pre-Delivery Inspection
- Maintain proper fuel levels in vehicles
- Transport vehicles between lots as needed
- Coordinate with sales and lot teams to stage vehicles for delivery
- Step in for detailing duties when necessary
- Receive and correctly stage vehicles returning from detail companies
- Ensure all sold vehicles are tagged and placed in the correct area
- Assist the General Sales Manager with daily tasks to keep operations seamless
What You Need to Succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in inventory or a similar role is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to keep up in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- A valid drivers license with a clean record
- Satisfactory employment references and ability to pass a background check
