Herrmann Ultrasonics is hiring for a RMA Coordinator/Inventory Specialist!

Immerse yourself into the fascinating world of ultrasonic welding! Herrmann Ultrasonics develops and builds machines that join plastics, packaging materials, nonwovens and metals with ultrasonic vibrations. This technology is suitable in many industries, such as medical, electronics, food and automotive.

Requirements:

· Receiving and processing products for repair and replacement, both physically and within the ERP system.

· Communicate repair lead times and status updates to internal and external customers.

· Manage inventory and process flow of all in-process repairs.

· Effectively communicate with internal and external customers regarding questions and updates

Qualifications

· At least 3 years of relevant work experience

· Associates or Bachelors is a plus

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Time management skills and communication

· Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PP, Word, Teams)

· Experience with international and domestic shipping, communicating with sales and with customers, managing warehouse inventory
