Job Responsibilities:

• Receive Deliveries: Unload delivery trucks, verify shipment quantities against invoices, and inspect food quality.
• Stock & Rotate: Move heavy boxes to storage and use the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to prevent expiration.
• Track Stock Levels: Conduct daily or weekly physical inventory counts and log data into the restaurant''s tracking system.
• Maintain Organization: Keep the walk-in freezer, cooler, and dry storage areas clean, labeled, and compliant with health codes.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Positive attitude
• Available for shift from 6am-8am (minimum)
• Attention to Detail
• Basic Math skills
• Self Leader and takes initiative
• No specific education requirements
