Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and generate reports.
- Implement and maintain best practices for inventory control and organization.
- Assist in the training of new staff on inventory procedures and systems.
- Address and resolve any inventory-related issues promptly and efficiently
- work with our material blending department to prepare materials for molding department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
