What this Job Entails: 

The Network Inventory Specialist IV supports the client's global network. The team's objective is to proactively manage global site locations and customer inventory vendor base. 

Scope: 

  • Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways

  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Learn our existing vendor base, identify inefficiencies, and recommend opportunities to improve the individual vendor relationship in each case by case basis

  • Daily management of current vendor inventory base

  • Lead vendor negotiations 

  • Other duties as required. This list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all responsibilities assigned to this position

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 8+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and work with cross functional teams as required 
  • Experience with vendor management 
  • Database management experience, including data input
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to effectively interact with vendors and customers at all levels
  • Organizational and operational skills to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and team-centric
  • Ability to build vendor relationships with our existing global vendor base
  • Ability to analyze and think strategically, identify creative solutions to meet our departmental needs

Physical Demand & Work Environment:

  • Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing

  • Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment

  • Must be able to use a computer

  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively 

  • Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

Salary Range

$21.27 - $33.58 USD (Hourly)
