Inventory Specialist

Title: Inventory Specialist
Duration: 12-Month Contract with Potential for Conversion

Work Hours :  5 Pm to 3:30 AM (10 hour per day Sunday, Mon, Tue, Wed)

Position Overview:
An employer is seeking an Inventory Planner in Kirkland, WA. This role requires strong attention to detail, process execution, and data accuracy. The ideal candidate will be able to operate from a company-wide perspective while supporting cross-functional and cross-business initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in inventory, supply chain, warehouse operations, or technical support
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency with business software, including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for approximately 80% of the shift (heavy lifting is infrequent but required when necessary)
• Flexibility to be on-call as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with Purchase Orders (POs), SKUs, or ERP systems

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain data accuracy to ensure tools and processes function effectively
• Manage inbound shipments, including PO tracking and maintenance, fill rates, operational issue resolution, and vendor communications
• Analyze inventory levels and SKU performance to determine inventory requirements
• Execute and maintain purchase order, inventory, and vendor-related systems and reporting
