Inventory Specialist
Las Vegas, NV
Temp | Part-time
TempExperts is seeking an Inventory Specialist for a growing healthcare technology organization in Las Vegas, NV. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, equipment preparation, shipping and receiving activities, and supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
**This is a temporary, part-time assignment**
Responsibilities:
Receive, organize, track, and distribute inventory, equipment, and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Prepare, inspect, clean, and test equipment for distribution and return to inventory.
Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups with carriers and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Support general warehouse, logistics, and operational activities as assigned.
Requirements/Education:
12 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or distribution.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Basic computer proficiency and experience working with inventory systems.
Ability to safely lift and move up to 70 pounds with or without assistance.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with warehouse management systems, ERP systems, medical equipment, or regulated inventory preferred.
