Inventory Specialist

We're looking for an Inventory Specialist to manage daily warehouse and inventory operations at our Distribution Center. This role will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer service excellence while fulfilling inventory requests, monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, and contributing to inventory control efforts. You will also help support internal departments by providing timely and reliable inventory support and guidance.

This is an onsite role at our Distribution Center based in Omaha, NE, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Fulfill tickets, track warranties, and report discrepancies. Conduct quality assurance on received inventory.
• Shipping & Receiving: Pick, stage, and ship products for clinic operations. Track work orders and maintain records.
• Cycle Counts & Space Planning: Contribute to quarterly counts and optimize warehouse layout for safety and efficiency
• Product Assembly & Maintenance: Assemble incoming products and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Customer Service & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams. Recommend improvements to inventory processes and systems.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of inventory or warehouse experience required
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Experience using inventory management systems preferred
