Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a GMP Inventory Specialist to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling activities in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP, warehouse systems, GMP practices, and material handling equipment.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform SAP transactions including goods receipt, stock put-away, order fulfillment, transfer orders, and material movements.
  • Perform Syncade transactions for material receipt, movement, adjustments, scrapping, and inventory activities.
  • Operate PIT equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, ride-ons, and order pickers.
  • Support warehouse receiving, storage, picking, and material handling activities.
  • Perform box truck driving and Lukapak receiving/handling activities.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and complete required documentation, logbooks, and system entries.
  • Perform circular chart activities including installation, review, and monitoring.
  • Follow cGMP requirements and safety procedures.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and other department activities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1 3 years of experience in GMP logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or manufacturing support.
  • Experience with SAP, Syncade, or similar ERP/MES systems.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other PIT equipment.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with physical activity requirements.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environments.
  • Forklift/PIT certification.
  • Experience with domestic and international shipping.
  • Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
