    Job Description

    The Inventory Specialist is responsible for supporting warehouse and inventory operations in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This role performs inventory transactions using SAP and Syncade, manages material receipt, storage, movement, and shipping activities, and operates powered industrial trucks (PIT) safely and efficiently. The Inventory Specialist ensures inventory accuracy, maintains compliance with cGMP and safety standards, supports process improvements, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely flow of materials for manufacturing and distribution.

    • 1-3 years of experience in GMP logistics, warehouse operations, material handling, or manufacturing support.
    • Hands‑on experience with SAP, Syncade, or similar ERP/MES systems.
    • Experience operating PIT equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers).
    • Experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical device) preferred.
    • Experience with domestic & international shipping is a plus.

    Education Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
    • PIT certification or forklift license is a plus.
    • Performs SAP transactions required for assigned area (Goods Receipt, Stock Put-away, Order Fulfillment, TO Creation, Material Movement)
    • Perform other duties as they are assigned to support department.
    • PIT Equipment: Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, Ride On's, Order Pickers, etc.
    • Box Truck Driving.
    • Lukapak Receiving & Handling.
    • Is a Warehouse Environment with Physical Activity Required.
    • Performs Syncade required tasks for assigned area (Receipt, Movement, Material Adjustments, Scrapping, Inventory).
    • Demonstrates solid understanding of assigned procedures & obtains required qualifications.
    • Demonstrates an understanding of cGMP's required in the work environment.
    • Performs Circular Chart required tasks for assigned area (Installation, Review, Daily monitoring).
    • Perform Logbook entries/review as required for assigned area.
    • Performs safe and compliant operation of Class 1,2,3 & 4 for assigned area.
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
    • Utilizes DMS and Trackwise for assigned area.
