This role involves executing and monitoring inventory best practices across store operations, including front end and pharmacy, ensuring accuracy in receiving, counting, pricing, and returns.
Supports pharmacy activities such as order verification, recalls, and inventory counts, while maintaining asset protection and compliance with regulations.
Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers, resolving issues, and modeling service standards.
Leads store operations when on duty, including opening/closing, cash handling, and team coaching.
Manages inventory processes like order creation, delivery scanning, and discrepancies, supporting sales, merchandising, and regulatory compliance.
Assists with physical inventories, maintains accurate records, and supports store systems and equipment.
Ensures cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the sales floor and stockroom.
Participates in training, maintains certifications, and communicates effectively with team members and management.
Qualifications include retail experience, attention to detail, operational skills, and flexible scheduling. Preferred experience includes leadership roles or pharmacy support.
