Warehouse Inventory Specialist

What You'll Do
- Keep the inventory accurate and running smoothly
- Perform cycle counts to ensure everything is where it should be
- Replenishing stock items so the picking team can work quickly
- Optimize storage locations for maximum efficiency
- Manage yearly inventory counts and keep track of all warehouse supplies
- Operate various warehouse equipment like forklifts and dollies
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse or shipping
- 1+ years of leading a team, preferably in a warehouse setting
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English, Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus
- Computer and mobile phone literacy
- Skills in problem solving, analytics, and team optimization
- Ability to clearly communicate with leadership and team members
- A focused, optimistic, and "can do" attitude

Physical Requirements:
