Introduction
The ClientCare team is seeking an inventory specialist for semi-automated testing of consumer electronics. In this role, you will manage our inventory system and ensure its accuracy. Collaboration with other team members to improve supply chain operations and meet goals is essential. Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, are crucial for success. If you have experience and attention to detail in inventory management, we would love to have you on our team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in inventory management in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Client applications: Pages, Numbers, Keynote
- Quick learner with attention to details and strong organizational skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Previous success working with cross-functional/interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods during physical inventory counts
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- FileMaker or MacOS experience
- Proactive and strong desire for investigative thinking outside of the box
- Flexibility with work hours, including weekends when needed
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Track and organize products and equipment for failure analysis
- Input, update, and maintain records related to the movement of units
- Manage inventory room material movement and support non-standard customer requests
- Support customers with setup of custom material movement solutions
- Organize time management of multiple overlapping work processes
- Maintain a clean and structured inventory room
- Create SOP documentation when necessary
