RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensurely timely ordering and delivery of parts for the service department
* Communicate parts status and updates to service team
* Coordinate, execute and conduct physical inventory counts
* Perform periodic quality checks to ensure inventory meets company standards
* Maintaining reports and records relating to inventory needs, supply, and order/shipping status
* Place and track orders compliant with company procedures and purchase order management
* Record all estimates/purchases/shipping status for tracking and communicate with vendors to mitigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies
* Continuously source alternative supply lines and current industry pricing
* Review and sign off on invoices after ensuring accurate pricing/purchase order accuracy and physical receipt of ordered items
* Process any returns and reimbursements for missing and/or defective items
* Report discrepancies between physical inventory counts and company records
* Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Ability to occasionally work weekends/ off hours
Education/Experience:
* High School Diploma or GED
* One (1) year experience managing inventory or related work
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* 2 years inventory management/procurement experience
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Verbal & written communication skills
* Attention to detail and organization
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
