Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Location: On-site in Wadsworth, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $60,000-$70,000

Key Responsibilities of an Inventory Specialist:
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support operational demands and ensure product availability
• Generate, review, and manage inventory-related transactions, purchase orders, and stock transfers across locations
• Evaluate inventory trends, stock variances, and supply concerns to identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve inventory discrepancies, confirm lead times, and maintain accurate records

Qualifications of an Inventory Specialist:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, supply chain operations, logistics, or a related role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems to track inventory and manage transactions
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
