Job Title:Inventory Coordinator I
Location:Minnetonka, MNJob Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator I to support inventory operations within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for accurately maintaining inventory, preparing production kits, performing material transactions in SAP, and ensuring materials are delivered to production lines on time. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a clean room environment, strong SAP skills, and the ability to follow regulated manufacturing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Kit medical device production orders by accurately counting, verifying, and documenting components.
  • Perform inventory transactions, material transfers, and Goods Receipts using SAP ERP.
  • Assign materials to production work orders and ensure timely delivery to manufacturing lines.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through physical and system transactions.
  • Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment to transport materials safely.
  • Work in both clean room and warehouse environments while following GMP and company procedures.
  • Read, understand, and follow work instructions and regulated manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and inventory goals.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
  • Handle chemicals safely when required using appropriate PPE and training.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience working in a clean room manufacturing environment (medical device preferred).
  • Hands-on experience using SAP ERP for inventory management, material transfers, kitting, and Goods Receipts.
  • Experience assigning materials to production work orders.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions and regulated manufacturing procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Medical device manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with GMP, ISO, or FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with Windchill or other ERP systems.
  • Warehouse and inventory control experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience supporting production operations.
Work Environment:
  • Approximately 65% 75% of work performed in a clean room.
  • Remaining time spent in warehouse operations supporting material movement.
  • PPE required, including gown, gloves, hairnet, shoe covers, safety glasses, and safety shoes as applicable.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
