Inventory Specialists are fantastic problem solvers, positive communicators and pay close attention to detail. We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team for the busy season (End of July-November), with the possibility of long-term employment based on performance and business needs.Primary ResponsibilitiesAct and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART)Receive and process new merchandise timely and efficiently, checking accurate quantities, assessing quality, and looking for any defectsUnload boxes of new merchandise from palletsCount and record quantities of new merchandise by style / color / size and enter into Warehouse Management System (WMS)Confirm consistency between tickets and merchandiseTicket and prepare products for placement in the warehousePerform regular and systematic cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy between physical stock and inventory system recordsMonitor stock levels and initiate corrective actions for variances or discrepanciesMaintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records within the WMSMaintain general organization and cleanliness of the Warehouse following company directivesRequirementsMinimum of four-five hours per shift / three shifts per week (morning, afternoon & evening shifts available)Willingness to add/extend shifts during peak times/weekendsDetail oriented while still maintaining excellent time management and multi-tasking skillsWarehouse Management System knowledge preferred but not requiredAbility to work independently and in team environmentStrong organization skillsAble to climb a ladder as neededAble to lift 20-40 poundsAble to walk, stand, sit, bend and use hands for extended periodsEVEREVE Benefits And PerksFlexible Scheduling: As few as 15 hours a week or up to 30 hours per weekFashion Discount: Enjoy a 30% discount on all merchandise purchased in-store or online, excluding Trendsend.
