Starting Pay is $18.50 an hour for this Temp to Hire opportunity, OT hourly rate is $27.75
Available Schedule is 6a to 2:30p Monday to Friday, with OT as needed
Daily Job Duties include
- Perform cycle counts, Empty and Mixed Location Reports and Researching Inventory using SAP and WMS while safely operating a Reach or Cherry Picker forklift
- Inventory control, receiving and stocking
- Follow company guidelines and established processes
- Conducting inventory counting processes to ensure shipment accuracy
- Evaluating and managing stock rotation procedures
- Maintaining inventory storage space in the warehouse
- Training store staff in stocking procedures and product dating methods
- Planning warehouse space usage
- Placing inventory restock orders
- Communicating with management about any inventory issues that arise if product is missing or damaged within receiving or shipping product
- Managing and maintaining inventory records using an inventory management software system or WMS

Qualified Candidates have the following
- At least 2 years’ experience in a distribution facility including shipping, receiving, stacking, picking, packing and palletizing finished products.
- 1 year or more recent experience operating a Reach Truck and Order Picker aka Cherry picker
- Able to lift up to 60lbs, consistently throughout a shift
- Ability to effectively work unsupervised and is self-motivated.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personal computer skills and a general knowledge of Microsoft products and Computerized Warehouse Management Systems
