Our Inventory Status Clerk's primary responsibility is to execute the administrative and clerical needs of maintaining management reports by carrying out the following
duties: Contract review and database maintenance
Sorting, logging, photocopying, and filing contracts
Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with Company policies
Requirements: Highschool Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in office administration preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Highly organized, self-starter
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Ability to meet deadlines
Compensation and Schedule This position is full-time and pay will be commensurate with experience.
Hours are consistently Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Nights and weekends are yours!
