Inventory Supervisor - Night Shift

Pay: $31.25 - $40.87/hour

Schedule: Sunday 9:45pm - 4:15am, Monday to Thursday 7:15pm - 4:15am

What You'll Do

  • Plan and manage efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment to support production and operational goals
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze warehouse performance reports and KPIs
  • Order warehouse supplies and manage warehouse invoice processing
  • Prepare warehouse operations for internal and external audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards is maintained
  • Train, certify, and monitor Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operators; ensure certifications remain current and compliant
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, operational excellence, safety, and accountability while driving results for the team

What Helps You Succeed

  • 3-5 years' experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and/or supply chain
  • 1-2 years' experience leading a successful team
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts (course completion and/or certification preferred)
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective communication in the English language, both written and verbal
  • Forklift certification is an asset
