Inventory Support Specialist

Position Overview

The Product Support Coordinator B will perform a variety of warehouse and product support activities in a team-based environment. This role involves handling inventory, supporting shipping/receiving operations, and ensuring accurate material handling while following established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform product support activities across functions such as raw materials, parts identification, stock handling, shipping, and receiving.
• Support stockroom operations including picking, packing, labeling, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
• Handle materials and parts in accordance with established processes and safety standards.
• Operate basic warehouse tools/equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
• Ensure clean and organized work areas in compliance with operational standards.
• Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions.

Education Requirement

• High School Diploma or equivalent (as per guidelines effective 03/27/2020)

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling environments preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory systems, RF scanners, or shipping/receiving processes is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
