Inventory Support / Order Tracking

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track orders from placement through delivery
- Track/maintain inventory records
- Enter, maintain, and update data in internal systems
- Perform daily file uploads and system updates
- Match invoices to orders and reconcile discrepancies
- Partner with accounting on invoice processing, payments, and reconciliation
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables (required)
- 2+ years of related experience required
- Experience tracking vehicle inventory in the dealership or rental car industry preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment
- Strong organization and follow-through skills
Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
