Inventory Technician

Reports To: Compliance Manager

Pay Range: $18-20 per hour, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time, Nonexempt

Hours: 40 hours/week, Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm (schedule may vary based on compliance needs)

Position Overview:

The INVENTORY TECHNICIAN plays a key role in supporting LiveHappy LLC’s compliance operations and sales process. This position ensures all cannabis products are accurately tracked, documented, and labeled in accordance with state regulations and company policies. The technician will maintain precise inventory records, support internal communication between departments, and assist in preparing for audits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Product Intake & Tracking

· Log products from post-processing into internal inventory systems.

· Prepare and stage products to support efficient sales flow.

· Ensure all finished products are labeled in compliance with regulations.

· Internal Communication:

· Serve as a communication point between Post Processing, Sales, and Compliance.

· Work closely with processing, and sales teams to ensure compliance across all departments

· Audit Support:

· Assist with internal audits to verify inventory data accuracy.

· Identify, and document discrepancies as needed.

· General Duties:

· Maintain and update internal inventory data.

· Support compliance-related sales requests.

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic cannabis knowledge and product recognition
• Able to identify variations in color, size, structure, density, and trim quality
• Ability to assist with QC and flag product issues for correction
• Team-oriented and willing to support sales-critical operations
• Flexible schedule and dependable daily presence
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using computer systems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work in an office setting and use standard office equipment.
