Inventory Transaction Coordinator

Position: Inventory Transaction Coordinator

Location: Amityville, NY 

The Company: NAPCO Security Technologies, Inc., headquartered in Amityville, Long Island NY, is a world-wide leader in the manufacturing of electronic security systems for over 45 years is seeking an Inventory Transaction Coordinator.  This position reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities:

·         Perform a wide variety of duties including order processing, credit adjustments, parts warehousing, field service, national accounts program, and all merchandising.  

·         Managing order processing for large accounts using proprietary vendor systems.

·         Processing customer orders.

·         Work with other distributors, sales reps and sales management over the phone and email. 

·         Work with shipping, warehouse, and repair personnel to expedite orders.

·         Participate in return to vendors with purchasing department.  

Requirements:

·         Experience with AS400.

·         Microsoft Office including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.  

·         Great follow up skills.

·         Self-starter.
