About the Role

In this role, you will work in an energized, fast pace environment where you will work with peers to maintain the financial inventory integrity on the assigned Campus. You will be responsible for auditing and performing inventory counting for our network distribution centers.

What You'll Do

• Audit inbound and outbound inventory for accuracy by verifying quantities, and ensuring compliance with established standards to maintain operational integrity.
• Perform inventory counting through cycle counts and audits, reconciling variances and validating stock levels to support accurate financial reporting and inventory health.
• Monitor, research, and correct warehouse inventory transactions (WIAS) by investigating discrepancies, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Update inventory reports regularly, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness for cross-functional teams to make informed decisions.
• Enter audit and count results into reporting tools with precision and attention to detail, maintaining compliance with corporate standards and deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with GBS, and Brand Ops teams, providing detailed research, clear documentation, and timely resolution of inquiries to support business objectives.
• Conduct vendor compliance audits as needed, evaluating adherence and reporting discrepancies to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
