Job Summary:
As an Inventory Warehouse Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be key in ensuring our clients' products are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carefully retrieve and gather the correct items from our inventory to fulfill customer orders
- Properly package and label the orders, ensuring they are ready for safe and secure transportation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the picking and packing process
- Collaborate with the wider logistics team to optimize workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions
- Basic math skills to verify order quantities and weights
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred, but not required
Working Conditions:
This position will be based in our climate-controlled logistics center, which features modern equipment and a focus on safety. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional weekend shifts as needed to meet customer demand.
Compensation and Benefits:
