The Opportunity

As an Investigations & Forensics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and preventing fraudulent activities, conducting investigations, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will be instrumental in safeguarding organizations against financial crimes and promoting ethical business practices. This role involves working directly with clients to deliver exceptional forensic services, making a significant impact on their operations and integrity.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

• Conducting forensic investigations to identify and prevent fraudulent activities
• Analyzing complex financial transactions and records to detect irregularities
• Implementing compliance risk assessments and regulatory guidelines to safeguard organizations
• Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of fraud prevention initiatives
• Utilizing forensic accounting techniques to support investigations and regulatory enforcement
• Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills in fraud detection and prevention
• Collaborating with stakeholders to address conflicts and engage in critical conversations
• Validating adherence to professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct
• Embracing technology and innovation to improve investigation processes and outcomes
• Building relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Engineering, Finance
• Demonstrating proficiency in forensic accounting and fraud investigation
• Utilizing data analytics for comprehensive market analysis
• Excelling in compliance risk assessment and regulatory guidelines
• Leading forensic investigation teams with strategic planning
• Embracing change and innovation in financial crime prevention
• Developing skills in financial transactions and record keeping

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
