We are seeking a qualified, from the Department of Welfare, Investigator to support our agency. This position may require traveling to the surrounding counties and the programs in Philadelphia. Some of the responsibilities include:
• Conducts investigations into serious incidents on behalf of the agency related to the care of persons served.
• Responsible for maintaining a system for ensuring that serious incidents requiring investigations are completed in a timely and comprehensive manner.
• Provides analysis of investigations to identify trends that may require an adjustment to services for participants or training for employees.
