Investment Associate

We are seeking an Investment Associate to join a growing investment team focused on software and technology investments. This individual will play a key role across the investment process, including sourcing new opportunities, conducting diligence, performing financial analysis, and supporting transaction execution. The position offers significant responsibility, direct interaction with management teams and investors, and ongoing exposure to senior decision-makers.

Successful candidates will have a strong foundation in finance and transaction execution, paired with the ability to build relationships and develop investment opportunities. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or venture capital.
• Prior experience covering, advising, or investing in software and technology companies is required.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, accounting, and analytical skills.
• Experience evaluating businesses, conducting diligence, and supporting transaction execution.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with founders, executives, investors, and advisors.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and interested in building a long-term career in investing.
• Based in Baltimore or willing to relocate.
