This is an opportunity to join a lean, highly collaborative organization where contributions are visible and professional growth is accelerated.Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to senior investment leadership, the Investment Associate will play a key role in evaluating new opportunities and supporting the ongoing management of existing investments throughout their lifecycle.Perform detailed financial modeling, underwriting, and quantitative analysis for prospective acquisitions and dispositions.Conduct market research, evaluate industry trends, and assist with investment due diligence activities.Prepare investment committee materials and presentations summarizing key risks and opportunities.Collaborate with brokers, lenders, operating partners, and third-party advisors throughout the investment process.Support ongoing asset management initiatives, including financial performance tracking and forecasting.Create and maintain portfolio and asset-level reporting for internal stakeholders and investors.Assist with asset business plans and identify opportunities to enhance operational performance and investment returnsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
