ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an Investment Banking Analyst opportunity at a well-established boutique investment bank with a dedicated focus on the Life Sciences sector, offering direct exposure to public and private capital markets transactions, M&A advisory, and strategic advisory engagements across Biotech and Biopharmaceuticals clients. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and assist in the preparation of client presentations and transaction materials across public capital markets, private capital markets, M&A advisory, and strategic advisory engagements
• Build complex financial valuation models supporting deal execution and client advisory work
• Conduct company and industry research across the Life Sciences, Biotech, and Biopharmaceuticals sectors;develop and deliver expert industry knowledge over time
• Monitor and analyze financial, economic, industrial, and corporate developments to produce forecasts and insights used in advising clients on transactions
• Provide ideas and analytical leverage to senior bankers on new business opportunities
• Support due diligence processes and offer deal execution support across all transaction types
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients through clear, professional communication and consistent high-quality work product
• Track capital markets activity across the Life Sciences sector to inform deal strategy and client advisory
