Investment Banking Analyst REMOTE

Our client, a fast-growing boutique investment bank focused on Technology, Software, and SaaS M&A, is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to support a rapidly expanding pipeline of sell-side transactions. Exceptional Associate-level candidates may also be considered.

This is a high-exposure opportunity to work directly with senior bankers on live transactions ranging from $5MM to $500MM. The firm is experiencing significant inbound demand, maintains a highly selective approach to taking on mandates, and has built a reputation for consistently closing the transactions it pursues.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of investment banking experience
• Required: sell-side M&A transaction experience
• Closed deal experience preferred
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and execution skills
• Technology, Software, SaaS, or TMT experience preferred, but strong M&A generalists will be considered
• Highly intelligent, driven, coachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
