Investment Banking Analyst - Tampa, Florida

About the Role: Our client in Tampa is growing, and we're seeking a high‑performing Investment Banking Analyst to join their deal team. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands‑on deal experience, direct exposure to senior bankers, and the opportunity to work on M&A and capital raising transactions across healthcare, business services, and technology.

What You'll Do

• Financial modeling - build and maintain detailed operating, valuation, and transaction models

• Deal execution - support live M&A and capital markets processes, including diligence, data analysis, and materials preparation

• Client materials - draft CIMs, management presentations, pitch decks, and industry analyses

• Research & analysis - perform company, industry, and market research to support both active mandates and business development

• Team collaboration - work closely with Associates, VPs, and Directors to ensure high‑quality deliverables and smooth process management

What We're Looking For

• 1-2+ years of investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate finance.

• Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field

• A proactive mindset and desire to grow within a high‑performing team
