Position Overview Level: Associate 2 Focus: Technology M&A Location: New York City Start Date: Flexible for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of complex technology M&A transactions from origination through close
  • Manage deal workflow including financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction documentation
  • Conduct strategic and financial analysis to support client advisory services
  • Prepare marketing materials, management presentations, and Board-level presentations
  • Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other transaction advisors

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of M&A investment banking experience with a focus on technology sectors, including software, data & analytics, and/or tech-enabled services
  • Experience supporting 2+ closed technology M&A transactions
  • Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to start immediately or shortly after bonus season
