We are partnering with a highly regarded boutique investment bank specializing in M&A advisory, strategic consulting, and capital markets for mid-market private shareholders. The firm is actively expanding its Healthcare Investment Banking team in Denver, CO, driven by strong deal flow and an active transaction pipeline.

This is a hands-on Associate opportunity offering meaningful client exposure, responsibility across the full deal lifecycle, and the chance to work closely with senior bankers on complex, high-impact healthcare transactions. The platform is well-resourced, collaborative, and designed to accelerate Associate development.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth industry, company, and financial analysis across healthcare subsectors
• Build and review financial models, including operating models, valuation analyses, and transaction scenarios
• Prepare client-facing materials, including pitch books, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), and management presentations
• Support due diligence and transaction execution across mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets mandates
• Collaborate with senior bankers on strategic advisory initiatives and business development efforts

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Investment Banking experience
• A background in the Healthcare sector with meaningful M&A transaction experience is preferred
• M&A and Capital Markets deal experience
• MBA or Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields
