Comp: $110k - $130k base + competitive bonus

Company Summary: We're currently partnered with a boutique middle market investment bank providing mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services to clients in the Healthcare and Business Services sectors. Off the back of a very successful past few years, the firm is focused on growth and looking for an Associate to join their dynamic team.

The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the execution of M&A, capital raising, strategic partnership & advisory engagements
• Building and maintaining financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials to support client engagements
• Preparing client-facing deliverables, including presentations, information memorandums, and marketing materials
• Managing due diligence processes, coordinating with buyers and investors, and tracking transaction deliverables through closing
• Working closely with senior bankers and clients, gaining meaningful exposure to transaction execution and strategic decision-making.

The Investment Banking Associate must have:

• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or other M&A related fields
• Local to or open to relocating to Miami, FL
• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Self starter attitude and driven mindset
