A leading middle-market investment bank is seeking to hire an Associate and Vice President for its growing Industrials Investment Banking team in Boston.
The team advises corporate and private equity clients across a broad range of sectors and executes a high volume of M&A transactions, offering strong deal flow, meaningful client exposure, and significant responsibility from day one.
Responsibilities
Execute M&A and strategic advisory transactions
Build and review financial models, valuations, and marketing materials
Manage due diligence and transaction processes
Work directly with senior bankers, management teams, and private equity sponsors
Support business development and client relationship efforts
Qualifications
Current Investment Banking Associate or Vice President
Experience at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, or reputable middle-market investment bank
Strong transaction execution and closed deal experience
Candidates from M&A, Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets, Financial Sponsors, or industry coverage teams are encouraged to apply
Industrials experience is preferred but not required
