Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, recapitalizations, and strategic advisory engagements
Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
Prepare confidential information memorandums, management presentations, and marketing materials
Conduct industry, company, and market research to support transaction execution and client development initiatives
Coordinate due diligence processes and manage interactions with buyers, investors, lenders, and advisors
Participate in client meetings, management presentations, and sponsor discussions
Assist senior bankers with business development and industry coverage efforts
Mentor and oversee Analysts on transaction-related workstreams

Qualifications
2-5 years of investment banking experience, or completion of a recognized analyst program
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including DCF, precedent transactions, comparable company analysis, and LBO modeling
Experience supporting M&A, debt placement, or capital raising transactions
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
