Investment Banking Buy-Side Analyst

Our client is a boutique investment banking and M&A advisory firm seeking an Analyst to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers and gain hands-on exposure across all aspects of the transaction process.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
• Prepare confidential information memoranda, presentations, and other marketing materials
• Conduct industry, market, and company research
• Analyze historical and projected financial information
• Assist with client communications and transaction management
• Work directly with senior bankers throughout the deal life cycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, accounting, corporate finance, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Understanding of accounting and financial statement analysis
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
