A leading middle-market investment bank may seek an Investment Banking & Co-Investments Analyst to support deal execution, co-investment structuring, financial modeling, and client deliverables. This role offers rigorous analytical experience, exposure to live transactions, and hands-on experience with co-investment opportunities alongside principal investment teams.
Build and maintain financial models, including 3-statement, DCF, LBO, and co-investment-specific analyses
Conduct industry research, market benchmarking, and valuation analyses to support both advisory and co-investment decisions
Support live M&A, capital markets, and restructuring transactions
Assist in preparing pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations, including co-investment proposals
Participate in co-investment diligence, structuring, and evaluation alongside principal investment teams
Collaborate with senior bankers and co-investment professionals on deal execution, portfolio monitoring, and investment assessment
Organize and manage data rooms, transaction documents, and deal workflows
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, co-investments, private equity, or asset management is highly beneficial
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research platforms
