What will you be doing?
Barclays Capital Inc. seeks Investment Banking Coverage – VP in New York, NY (multiple positions available):
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, expectations and financial goals to develop and propose appropriate investment banking solutions for clients and their companies.
Provide guidance on the research and analysis of companies, company valuations, financial modelling, and marketing materials.
Monitor and analyze trends within the industrials sector and prepare and present oral and written industry updates.
Responsible for deal execution, including M&A and capital raise.
Mentor junior members of the Global Industrials Deal team, and train summer and full-time Analyst and Associates.
Work within the Industrials Group to execute and support the daily activity.
20% domestic and international travel required.
Salary / Rate Minimum/yr: $225,000 per year
Salary / Rate Maximum/yr: $275,000 per year
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
This position is eligible for incentives pursuant to Barclays Employee Referral Program.
