A leading middle-market investment bank may seek an Investment Banking Growth Analyst to support revenue growth, client expansion, and strategic business development initiatives. This role is well-suited for candidates interested in the intersection of investment banking, analytics, and growth strategy, with exposure to senior leadership, client acquisition efforts, and transaction pipelines.
Support growth and business development initiatives across investment banking product and coverage teams
Analyze client activity, revenue trends, and pipeline data to identify growth opportunities
Assist in developing go-to-market strategies, sector expansion plans, and client targeting frameworks
Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and internal growth reports
Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to support growth strategy and positioning
Track and manage client and deal pipelines, including new opportunities and cross-sell initiatives
Develop high-level financial analyses and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with senior bankers, coverage teams, and leadership on growth initiatives and strategic priorities
Support coordination between origination and execution teams to improve deal flow efficiency
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline
Strong interest in investment banking, growth strategy, and business development
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, growth, or finance is a plus
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and financial research platforms
