A growing middle-market advisory platform is seeking an experienced Managing Director to join its M&A practice. This opportunity is ideal for a proven originator with an established book of business looking to partner with an entrepreneurial firm that offers strong execution support, business development resources, and flexibility in location.

What You'll Do

• Originate and lead middle-market M&A transactions
• Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, private equity firms, and referral sources
• Manage transactions from mandate through close
• Collaborate with sector and product specialists across the platform
• Contribute to the continued growth of the firm's industry presence and transaction volume

Who We're Looking For

• Proven Managing Director-level investment banker with a track record of originating and closing deals
• Demonstrated business development success and ability to generate revenue independently
• Existing client relationships and active transaction pipeline preferred
• Industry specialization strongly preferred, with particular interest in Healthcare-related backgrounds
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build and grow alongside the platform
• Strong private equity network and sponsor coverage experience is a plus
