Investment Banking Restructuring Senior Analyst

A leading global investment banking advisory firm is seeking an Analyst to join its premier Financial Restructuring practice. The team advises companies, creditors, and investors on complex restructuring situations, distressed M&A transactions, and capital structure solutions across a broad range of industries. This role offers significant transaction exposure, direct interaction with senior bankers, and the opportunity to develop specialized expertise within one of the most active restructuring platforms in the market.

Responsibilities

• Support creditor-side and debtor-side restructuring engagements
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations
• Assist with distressed M&A, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments
• Conduct financial and industry research and support transaction execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of investment banking experience
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and accounting skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
