We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing lower middle-market investment bank headquartered in Dallas that has been advising founder-owned and middle-market businesses with over 200 completed transactions. They have a strong active pipeline, and has built a reputation for delivering high-quality M&A advisory services across a diverse range of industries. The firm is seeking an Investment Banking Senior Analyst to join its highly collaborative team. This opportunity offers significant transaction exposure, direct access to senior bankers, and a clear path for long-term career progression.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses
• Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, CIMs, and management presentations
• Conduct industry, company, and market research
• Support execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions
• Participate in due diligence and transaction coordination processes
• Assist in client communications and strategic advisory engagements
• Work closely with senior bankers throughout the transaction lifecycle

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of investment banking experience preferred
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
• Demonstrated interest in mergers & acquisitions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
