Wedbush Securities is looking for an Intern to join our team. We are looking for an eager and focused intern who is passionate about a career in financial services.

The Summer Analyst position for 2027 will be located in New York.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide transaction support to senior bankers on a broad range of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, mergers & acquisitions and valuations
• Manage several concurrent projects and work effectively as part of a team or individually
• Assist in preparation of company marketing and transactions materials
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling
• Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

Required Experience:

• Major/Minor in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting
• GPA of 3.3 or higher
• Excellent quantitative/math skills and agility with numbers
• Strong Excel skills (Pivots, VLOOKUP, Macros)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize daily work flow
• Requires high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong computer/software skills and ability to learn new software
• Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
