Evaluate potential venture investments using financial, strategic, and qualitative analysis
Apply investment banking modeling and valuation skills to early-stage and growth-stage companies
Support due diligence efforts, including market research, competitive analysis, and business model assessment
Assist in building investment memos and materials for internal investment committees
Participate in deal sourcing initiatives and founder outreach alongside senior team members
Analyze company financials, unit economics, and growth assumptions
Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with KPI tracking and reporting
Support fundraising efforts, LP reporting, and investor presentation materials
Stay current on venture trends, emerging technologies, and startup ecosystems
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related analytical discipline
Prior experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or capital markets strongly preferred
Demonstrated interest in transitioning to venture capital or early-stage investing
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
Ability to adapt traditional banking frameworks to early-stage and growth-company contexts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Interest in technology, startups, and innovation-driven businesses
